Kirk Burgess

Kirk has been involved with adventure racing for 3 years.  His racing highlight is the 400 mile race across the Grand Tetons in Driggs, ID.  He was invited to race with the Southern California team, Team Outdoor Extreme.

Kirk is an expert in endurance training and conditioning.  He is recognized as one of the elite trainers of Dallas.  His background for his training position lies in the 13 years of competing in triathlons.  His highest achievement was placing 3rd in TRIFED USA.

Kirk is looking forward to competing with Albert, Adrian, and Kathy in this year's Subaru Primal Quest.  This race will be the perfect opportunity to participate in the toughest race yet.

Kirk is an active member of USA Triathlon, DORBA/NORBA Mountain Bike Racing, USA Adventure Racing and US Adventure Racing Association (USARA).

Kirk is a proud father of two sons, Tanner (11 years) and Tate (3 years).
